I did a rhinoplasty surgery 5 months ago. I noticed swelling increased in the front area of my nose?! Why and should I panic? Thanks

For that, global swelling of your nose is normal, the nose keeps on enhancing over a year. Some areas of your nose, specially your tip can experience some deep scarring that can give you the impression of swelling.
You should not panic as this might be temporary but I recommend you see your plastic surgeon to show him what you are experiencing, you will have an explanation, his advice and have the correct treatment if needed
