Hi. my big toe was itching like hell..one day it swelled my dr prescribed antibiotic it was fine for a while and after few weeks again itching what it can be.

- Maybe there is some yeast (champignon) that needs to be treated, or some skin condition/allergy. Get it checked by your physician.

- Post rhinoplasty, swelling may be due to a dead space or hematoma or exposure to heat or cold. We need to do a massage to the nose, avoid heat cold and trauma. An ENT consultation is needed.
