Hello Drs. :) How much min. time of sleeping is needed for my age ??and how should i wake up active and not still sleepy?and stop pressing the snooze button:-S

but it tends to decrease with age..
as for you, in your age sleeping is very important as the growth hormone is secreted mainly when you are asleep..
basically it should be between 6 & 10 hours time in the 24h...
if you still feel lethargy and need to sleep, i recommend to do a CBC to rule out anemia, along with a TSH to rule out hypothyroidism...or a cortisol level
