Is it healthy to sleep at 4 PM??for about two hrs??if not how can i be more active??

the best sleep hygiene is to sleep at night from 6-10 hours, depending on he age group however most people have bad sleep hygiene and sleep less than that. so they feel tired in the afternoon when not doing any activity. it is ok to take a nap when feeling tired in the afternoon however it shouldnt be longer than 30 min. you have to break the cycle of sleeping long hours in the afternoon and replacing your night sleep. you might feel tired the first few days until you readjust your seep cycle. avoid doing boring activity in the afternoon or eating heavy meals.
