I had bad days i cant sleep normally during night(max 4 -5h). i sleep during the day . Any solutions??thanks

Insomnia or trouble sleeping at night can be due to several factors. It is important to find out what is causing you to have trouble sleeping in order to take care of it. Lack of sleep can be due to: stress, anxiety, depression, pain, too much caffeine... Regular exercise, no coffee after 5PM, no naps during the day and using the bed ONLY for sleeping are some things one can do to help with sleep. If problems persist, a medical examination is required.
