How can i make myself up at 3AM ??'m sleeping at 10PM but i cant be up at 3 or 4:(, i put on 7 alarms but i keep clicking the snooze button till 5:30..any solutions for my sleep addiction:)thx

What you have described in your question is not sleep addiction, but in the contrary it is getting sleep time less than you need. Usually adults need 7-8 hrs. Sleeping time, so, either you will have to go to sleep at 8p.m or you will have to get a nap for 2 hrs. during the daytime.
