I had varicocelectomy 3 weeks ago. Yesterday, I got hit by a ball on my testicles and it hurt more than usual. But today, I feel better. Will this affect my recovery or make it appear again?

- Probably this is not a major trauma you had, especially that you are doing fine now.

I have a rather large Varicocele, it doesn't hurt or cause me any discomfort, but I heard that It affects fertility and recovery from the surgery is long and painful, is that true?

- You need to do an echo doppler for your varicocele, it probably needs surgery to improve fertility.
