it is normal to have different size of testicle, the right is usually bigger than the left. The best way to examine yourself is during a warm shower.however if your feel the shape is different then you need to be examined by a physician. there are some benign pathologies such as varicocele (engorged veins) and hydrocele (sac of fluid) that might need surgery.
