I had varicocelectomy 3 weeks ago. Yesterday, I got hit by a ball on my testicles and it hurt more than usual. But today, I feel better. Will this affect my recovery or make it appear again?

Probably this is not a major trauma you had, especially that you are doing fine now.
This hit doesn't at all affect your surgery result because the veins that cause varicocele are already ligated during the surgery and this hit can't make them reappear.
