It depends on the angle of the curvature if it is a real one, if it a small angle or a big one. The treatment can vary from physical therapy (physiotherapie) to bracing, to surgery in severe cases. if it is only attitude scoliotique so it is due to pain so you need physical therapy and analgesics.
