It's the 2nd time this month that i feel pain next to the left ovary and the area. sometimes it is extended to my lower back. GYN says after examining me that there're no cysts. what is that?

it is very important to spot your pain during your cycle , i.e it can be pain from ovulation that will happen during mid-cycle.
ultrasound during the pain can be also needed for better diagnosis
