My head is heavy most of the time , i feel dizzy at any quick movement , i have some pain in my left ear along with my left face side. couldnt it be because of the allergy that increase in this month

Seasonal allergies shouldn't cause dizziness or facial pains. If you are suffering from congestion with facial heaviness and pains, you need to rule out sinus infections first. Your ear symptoms may be referred pains from your sinuses, or due to the blocked drainage of the middle ear cavity because of nasal congestion.
