I have cyst on my ovary and the ovary flipped. I am 3 months pregnant. I am at the hospital now and the doctor is suggesting surgery to remove the cyst and flip the ovary back. What is your opinion?

in the case of OVARIAN TORSION, it is an emergency, we should operate as soon as possible ( by laparoscopy if feasible) , as the ovary will die in 6-8h, depending if there is complete or partial torsion..
