You can bear children even if you have a bicornuate uterus. Up to 85% of women with bicornuate uterus have a normal course of pregnancy. The complications to expect are premature labor and incompetent cervix (the cervix dilates early) and this is fixed by placing a stitch in the cervix to avoid recurrent pregnancy loss.
