Hcg was not doubling during pregnancy, the ultra sound showed a cyst 5×4cm on the right ovary,miscarriage at 6th week.can I get pregnant again or the cyst will affect pregnancy?

First of all your cyst needs to be checked out by ultrasound +/- blood tests and it also needs to be followed up.

- Obese as well as very skinny females will tend to have decreased risk of pregnancy, but the pregnancy can occur nevertheless.

- to do IUI , you should have patent fallopian tubes, & nl sperm count for your partner,
no it is not painful, if you want twins you should have more than 2 follicles in the ovaries.
