Obese as well as very skinny females will tend to have decreased risk of pregnancy, but the pregnancy can occur nevertheless.

I agree with Dr Charafeddine,
You can get pregnant with a BMI of 33.
Your chances of getting pregnant might be lower than the average but it does not mean you will not get pregnant.

It is however certainly recommended to loose weight for your own health as well as the health of your future pregnancy.
