Hematuria (blood in urine) can result from a number of causes, including a kidney stone, or a urinary tract infection in itself. If hematuria and other urinary symptoms (burning upon urination, dribbling, urinary frequency and urgency) are the only symptoms you have, then your hematuria is most likely caused by the urinary infection. If however you are having other symptoms, like facial puffiness, swelling of the ankles and/or feet, fever, joint pain, new-onset skin rash, bleeding from other parts of the body (like the gums while brushing your teeth), then you will need a more thorough evaluation.
Having said that, I need to inquire: you say you have a urinary infection, have you done a urine analysis and culture to document the infection and the bacteria causing it? are you on antibiotic treatment? Are you taking non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Profinal or Advil or Dicolfenac? (NSAIDs are known to cause injury to the kidneys when used over a long period of time).

Blood at the end of the urine is called terminal hematuria. This condition is usually due to a problem at the level of the prostate or the bladder neck (the opening of the bladder).
In your case, if you have a documented infection (by a urine analysis and culture), this would be the reason of the blood, due to the infection of the prostatic gland.
Otherwise, further tests should be done.
