Urine test shows color yellow appearance turbid wbc 3-4 rbc 3-5 bacteria:rare epithelial cells :moderate and other: mucous seen does that mean therr is std or it is a normal urinary tract infection

The only way to definitively identify the nature of these bacteria (which by the way could very well be of no clinical significance) is by doing a urine culture. The bacteria that are the most common causes of STIs are neisseria gonorrhea and chlamydia trachomatis - if either or both of these grow on urine culture then it is an STI and is treatable. Is another bacterium appears then a different antibiotic should be administered. Note that in case it's an STI you will have to notify your sexual partner(s) so that they get treated as well.
