I dont have blood in urine but i have vaginal discharges same as ovulation but its not its time i dont have urination problems and pains but have all other symptoms you mentioned except fever

Usually it is advisable after 6 weeks of miscariage to be checked by your doctor for follow up ,blood tests ,urine test ,gynecological examination and an ultrasound .
other possible causes that may cause your symptoms might be a ""non clean ""miscarriage as people use to describe where there is still residue of the previous pregnant tissues or placenta still in the womb that raise the risk of infection
other than that may be SIMPLY A COMING PERIOD ,you may be having your period,usually after miscarriage the first month you can have a period not on time or after 30-40 days of miscarrying ,you can wait if the period comes
if the pain is unbearable ,develop a fever go directly to the doctor
Don't forget the check up to be on the safe side
