I have a 3 small polystic systs on my left ovary, would this delay the process of getting pregnant and what is the medication requiered to remove it? should i remove them or no?

most patients know they have polycystic ovaries when they consult for infertility problems, in these cases we do give medications or perform surgery depending on the case, and after doing hormonal workup and ultrasound.
if you do mean that you had a cyst containing 3 cyst inside, we call it complex cyst, in that case you should remove it after doing CA 125 level and other tests,
for sure in the latter case, you should consult a GYN
