Male erection dysfunction might be to due organic causes or psychological causes. In both cases one must consult his specialist. In case of premature ejaculation the safest and fastest way to delay ejaculation is applying a local anesthetic cream on the tip of penis for 5-10 minutes before intercourse.

Premature Ejaculation is a common ,and we must define it before ,ejaculation come after 1 min ,3 min , 15 min after having erection ? rapid ejaculation coming shortly after erection and in the begining of coital approch (1 min) can be treated by Dapoxetine (Priligy ) the only medication licensed for premature ejaculation,antidepressors are used sometime to retard ejaculation,Sexotherapy (couple treatment with sexotherapist),Behavioral Therapy (on and of intercourse ),local anesthetic may cause anesthesia and lack of pleasure for the man using it and for the partner.The best think for you is to ask your urologist.
