You can,t prescribe to yourself any kind of medications to delay ejaculation, you must go to your urologist to discuss with him the best for you.
Concerning medications we have the new released one for this problem (Dapoxetine,).Antidepressors can delay ejaculation,Tramadol can delay ejaculation but this molecule can cause addiction and I do not recommend it for premature ejaculation
Sometimes there is no need to prescribe medications we need only behavioral therapy
