NO, taking pain killers will not affect your fertility in the future, if this were true no woman would then be fertile :)
Painkillers, Antidepressants, antibiotics, and other drugs are used to treat chronic disorders that may cause TEMPORARY infertility in some women, meaning when stopped the action is reversed.
