I had an abortion few months ago, and since then I noticed a tiny lump on my breast, what might be the cause?

Usually, abortion does not have anything to do with breast lump, unless you aborted - delivered- at 7months or beyond, so you can have breast engorgement if you did not take a treatment.

I think it is wise to do an ultrasound on the breast as a start then see a surgeon.
