I have a hard fixed lump on my chest wall (top left breast). it is a bit painful when I touch it. should I be worried?

it is better to be examined by your doctor to check the size of the lump, the exact location according to the breast, if it is movable, the shape, the borders and if you need to do further exams like echography.
