I'm experiencing pain on the left side of my chest. It is sudden and for a short period. Could it be a sign of breast cancer? (female, 24)

the duration of the pain is important to help with the diagnosis, if it lasts for seconds this is most probably musculoskelettal its nothing to worry about, just a pain killer might help
as for cancer you should do a self examination every three months (check youtube videos) and if you feel or see any lump or any abnormalities then you should see a physician.
