premenstrual symptoms or P.M.S is frequent between women even unmarried ones, and pelvic pain could be one symptoms of P.M.S and usually it is not dangerous and can be treated with medication , but always it is better to do a pelvic ultrasound to eliminate if there any ovarian cyst or other cause for the pain
