I am 4 months pregnant but I'm having trouble with my facial skin. There is acne all over my face and I don't know what to do. I used to have a very clear skin. Any help?

Pregnancy can be associated with acne, which can be a normal physiological change in the hormonal pattern.
To be on the safe side, I recommend to see your obstetrician for this.
