I have acne (red pimples) on the top part of my hairless head, accompanied with very oily skin. Elocom liquid didn't help. What can I do?

Elocom increases acne so it should be avoided in that case. Acne rarely affects the scalp so it is advised to be examined to confirm it is. In case it is acne the treatment depends on the type of acne and it can't be standardized.
