You must first clean her face very well with a dermatologic soap like neutrogena for example, and use a local treatment like topical antibiotic (clindamycin or erythromycin). It's better if it also contains benzoyl peroxide. If no improvement, it's better to consult a dermatologist who can prescribe systemic (oral) treatment or topical retinoids.
