I always feel like my ears are closed ,like if I am in a high mountain , but I always feel this .... why ? what can be the causes ? please help

It could either be a dysfunction of the eustachian tube or an adhesive otitis media that has been causing these sensations that you've been experiencing. An examination must be done by an ENT physician for an exact diagnosis and the corresponding treatment.
