why do I feel sometimes on and off pressure on my right ear? it stays for couple of days

A proper ear, nose and throat exam will define the cause as sometimes nasal obstruction causes ear blockage.

As my colleague already stated, ear pressure might be related to ear wax, nasal obstructions( swollen turbinates, deviated septum, polyps, allergies),and of course it might be problems related to inner ear as well. An otolaryngologist's examination is of value to determine the exact cause.
