I always feel like my ears are closed ,like if I am in a high mountain , but I always feel this .... why ? please help

First you need to do an audiogram and a tympanogram to check if it is an objective or a subjective feeling . In most young people this feeling is due to nasal blockage and especially if it is combined with an untreated allergic rhinitis .

usually closed earsmeans an eustachian tube problem . but also nasal pharyngeal lproblem can give intermittent blockage also cochlear lesion can give an always closed ear
