Almost everytime someone smokes around me and the smoke is near me I get a headache. Is that normal?

"Normal" is a big term. The issue is that you're having headaches. There different causes of headaches, one of them being migraine. It is well known that migraine headache is sometimes triggered by certain exposures. It could be the "exposure to smoke" that is causing migraine episodes in your case. Another cause of smoke related headache is exposure to carbon monoxide (CO); we see this among people smoking Arguileh for example. As a general rule, I advise staying away from smoke...
