there are some datas about smoking and higher incidence of myelodysplastic disease (a pre-leukemia states).there are many differents types of blood cancers (leukemia, chronic and acute), lymphomas, myelomas, etc, and others, and their incidence is not high in the general population, to have a real answer to this question. knowing that many blood cancers, like leukemia can happen in a very early age, in children, so the relationship is not always, cause to effect relationship .
