I am getting Testolic Cypionax Carnitine injections for bodybuilding. Are there any negative side effects to it?

The L-Carnitine component is ok. But the testicol cypionate is basically an anabolic steroid. Using it will produce many adverse effects, like baldness, acne, blood pressure elevation, liver problems, possible infection at the injection site, and hormonal disturbances, and infertility. My advice is to discontinue these injections.
