I went to the dr to treat my flu, he said u have sinusit. Gave me physiomer+nasonex. Now I'm good, but shall I take medicine always for sinusit?

- no not relly if you are fine it means it has been cured and unless you have a chronic condition such as polyposis or allergy you will not have to treat it for a long time

I'm coughing intensely with pain when breathing sometimes i have yellowish secretions and i can't sleep at night from this case

- try antihistamine + decongestant.If not better need to consult a doctor

Im coughing for like 4 days no fever No sputum coming out but i feel like they are blocking my airways Im taking mucosolvan but im not getting better

Trapezius rhomboid muscles pain on both sides for 3 mnths. Is it due to magnesium nd phosphorus deficiency or laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) I have?

How long after an HIV infection do I develop lymphadenopathy and flu like symptoms? I am an immunocompromised person on Methotrexate and Remicade.

- The medications per se can give flu like symptoms.Otherwise the question is too vague and not precise . ARe you HIV +?
