I went to the dr to treat my flu, he said u have sinusit. Gave me physiomer+nasonex. Now I'm good, but shall I take medicine always for sinusit?

no not relly if you are fine it means it has been cured and unless you have a chronic condition such as polyposis or allergy you will not have to treat it for a long time

No, sinusitis can be viral bacterial , it can be induced by allergy , irritation ,environmental and other factors. treatment is not only guided by symptoms but also by the causative etiology
