How long after an HIV infection do I develop lymphadenopathy and flu like symptoms? I am an immunocompromised person on Methotrexate and Remicade.

It is difficult to fortell, when a seropositive patient (if proven HIV positive) will developp the symptoms (remicade (anti-tnf) can give give flu like symptoms and adenopathy can be related to the underlying auto-immune disease for which you are taking MTX and remicade.

The medications per se can give flu like symptoms.

Otherwise the question is too vague and not precise . ARe you HIV +?
