- you mean IgG is -veyou should refrain from eating raw meat basicallystay away from cats, clean well the vegetables before eating them EAT AT HOME ...

- you dont have immunity to toxoplasma, so precaution are to be taken ( no raw meet, clean vegetables...)as for rubella you have immunity

- if your test was positive, meaning that you have immunity to toxoplasma, so no worries about it when you are pregnant

- When screening for toxoplasmosis , it is very important to do both IgM & IgG
So to know if you are immune or having the infection now,
So have you done bothe Antibodies?
