- Recurrent or habitual shoulder dislocation needs to be fixed by surgical means.

I've noticed I have a shoulder that is slightly less high than the other shoulder ! I get back-pain too when I walk for long distances or sit for too long

- Not a bad idea to get you back examined; one reason is having a mild scoliosis.

I have a shoulder that can rotate 360 degrees. when i. rotate it, my shoulder pops out and then when i finish, it returns to normal. it doesn't hurt a lot but it sometimes does.

- It is a probably a Dislocation due to Ehler Danlo Syndrom, this shoulder must be fixed like the habitual Dislocation of the shoulder.

- The pill might be the cause of a tumefaction in your breast which could also cause pain in your shoulder. A breast examination along with mammo- and echography should be done.
