- we don't prescribe 2 oral contraceptive pills in the same time,irregular cycle + ovarian cyst should be investigated by ultrasound & hormonal work up.

- we dont use often cycloprogynova for cycle delay, it is used as hormone replacement therapy...you can use regular Oral contraceptive pills..

Been using MICROGYNON'30 for more than a year & never had a problem but it has androgenic activity & I heard that anti-androgenic pills are much better. Should I switch or is this issue not important?

- the element with an androgenic effect in microgynon is Levonorgestrel, but it depends on the patient,
if you are using this ocp without side effects , so no need for switching to another drug..
