endometriosis is not related to acne,
the treatment for acne is symptomatic, like cream applied to the skin &/or hormonal treatment if there is necessity for that,
so you should see a physician for that, for the physical exam, blood tests & potential pelvic ultrasound to check for ovarian cyst or other pathologies...
