When should I take my baby to hospital if he has diarrhea, coughing and runny nose, but a fever of 38?He's not eating nor drinking milk since 2 days but I am giving him serum to keep him hydrated.

How old is your son? And how many times is he passing bowel movement per day? Are the stools just loose, or are they very watery (they seep out of his underwear/diaper)? Any mucus or blood in stools? Is he passing urine adequately as usual (wetting his diaper 5 times per day)? Is he eating any solids? The risk of dehydration and poor nutrition after 48 hours of only drinking oral rehydration solution (which I'm not sure if he is taking enough of it and is not enough to make up for the caloric needs of your child) worries me. Yes I urge you to have your son seen by his pediatrician first thing tomorrow morning for a full physical examination and some tests as judged necessary.
