If your son continues to vomit immediately after each dose of the antibiotic, this means that he is not benefiting from it. Please discuss the option of administering an intramuscular (once per day dosage) antibiotic, usually given for 3 days only, in cases where oral administration is not possible or ineffective as is the case with your baby.
