The gastric biopsy was done for pathological test only the CLOtest was not performed is it still the accurate result??

A stomach biopsy that is positive for helicobater pylori obviates the need for any additional test to confirm the presence of the bacteria, whether the CLO test or any other tests. This is a definitive result and yes you need to receive treatment for the eradication of the bacteria. Kindly refer to your treating physician.
