My doctor in Damascus gave me a medicine, I don t remember its name, and I did the PSA test again, the result of PSA came back to normal. then he rejected the idea of Biopsy. I am confused, advise pls

This depends on the type of drug your doctor gave you, and the level of your current PSA.
If your doctor gave you antibiotics and your PSA came down to a normal value, you can then be reassured. In this case, your high PSA is caused by a chronic infection in the prostate.
There's other types of drugs that might decrease the PSA value. In this case, prostate biopsy might still be indicated.
I think that you belong to the first case scenario because your doctor is not worried.

PSA which stands for Prostatic-Specific Antigen, is a test that can detect prostate cancer. Since it's normal, there's no need to have a prostatic biopsy. Your physician might have suspected a prostatic hypertrophy for which he might have given a treatment.
