I made gastric endoscopy they took sample and examined pathologically +ve h.pylori but i made stool test -ve h.pylori i took no antibiotic.comment?

This is odd because the stomach biopsy test for helicobater pylori is more accurate than the stool antigen test. So if indeed the biopsy result is positive, then you should be on treatment. You will need to double check with your treating physician.

Agree with Dr dimassi. The best test for helicobacter pylori is by endoscopy and biopsy. So you should receive the quadruple therapy as given by your physician.
