and you have a delay in your period a day or two you should do the test.
Urine test are generally accurate but it is recommended to repeat it in 48 hour since bHCG will show a little later in urine compared o blood.
So practically you should repeat it in 48 hours. If it is still negative you are most likely not pregnant.

if the period in late 24 to 48 hours do the test and repeat it in 72 hours if still positive you are pregnant
