Can I hv urine pregnancy test before 3 days of period date?& if I did would the result be right or should hv another one after my period date?

Usually few days before your expected period the BhCG ( which is the hormone of pregnancy) is very low and might not be detected by urine pregnancy test. Some tests in the market can detect low levels so you might try but if you get negative its better to repeat it again if you miss your cycle. Usually blood tests can detect pregnancy few days before you expected period
